A HR Recruitment Associate’s job is a hybrid role – it encompasses functions such as recruitment, business development, account management, marketing and customer service all rolled into one. It is about understanding people’s needs and motivations and managing clients’ and candidates’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with multinational corporate clients to provide the best staffing solution.
Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business
Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience when driving the offer process, onboarding/offboarding
Build candidate pipelines
Update the candidate regarding his/ her interview outcome and recruitment process in a timely manner
Work collaboratively in a team to achieve targets
Job Requirement
