Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling Human Resource matters including recruitment, performance review, welfare, training and development.
  • Assist in handling application of foreign workers permit application/cancellation
  • Handle licensing and insurance renewal
  • General admin works (Telephone, Email, Documents filing etc.)
  • Support HR & Admin department in other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $2,100 - $3,200 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends
Experience:

admin clerk : 3 years (Preferred)

Job Requirement
  • Proficient in MS Office Application.
  • Self motivated and have initiative to learn
  • Positive attitude and able to work quickly
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin to liaise with English/Chinese speaking clients
  • Can start work immediately.
