About The Role
The HR Recruitment Admin will be reporting to the Team Lead and managing the responsibilities listed below.

Recruitment activities and managing end-to-end employee life cycle
Able to manage large volumes of applications and priority tasking
Co-ordinating and scheduling for interviews, liaising with hiring directors/managers on interview schedule and facilitating all interviews
Pre-onboarding and onboarding arrangements, contract signings and internal follow up for new hires
Data entry and administration duties related to monthly reports of headcount listing, new hire details
Putting up new roles in existing recruitment channels
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in HR settings
  • Advantageous if have prior recruitment experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
