Your duties as Personal Assistant to Managing Director/Community Manager are as follows:  

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails of Managing Director and any other email accounts passed to your care.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Handling communications on behalf of Managing Director.
  • Human Resource Tasks.
  • Work closely with the Directors and the various departments in the Company to ensure smooth communication.
  • Any administrative tasks, projects or other duties as assigned by Managing Director and/Management.

These duties will be reviewed periodically and the Company shall make adjustments to them as it deems fit.
