Job Description
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients/suppliers etc
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists (Suppliers/Vendors/etc)
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Raise POs and follow-up with Suppliers
  • Matching of POs, Dos and External Tax Invoices
  • Upkeep data on our in-house Sales Quotations summary & Project Program; Generate monthly reports of Sales, Collections, Invoice & Salesman Commission
  • Compile project costings
  • Monitor on project payment & retention
  • Date Entry for FW time card & prepare FW monthly payroll
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
