Job Purpose
  • Perform the full spectrum of human resources functions for Singapore office.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle end to end recruitment process inclusive of on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Process monthly payroll and submission of CPF contributions, IRA8, IR21 and statutory leave claims of employees
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS system particularly in payroll and leave
  • Work closely with management for short-term and long-term hiring needs, manpower budget and planning, remuneration, company benefits and training
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Update and maintain personnel records of employees
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing disputes and concerns raised
  • Application, renewal and issuance of work passes of employees
  • Manage all medical, hospitalisation and insurance claims for employees
  • Renewal of insurance policies for company and employees
  • Ensure employees and guests adhere to safe management measures in company premises
  • Assist in visa applications and application of government grants
  • Any other administrative duties assigned by management
Job Requirement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Education – Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related studies
  • Experience – Min 3 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore
  • Language – English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese counterparts in China and Taiwan offices)
  • Others – May be required to travel overseas
