Moneythor is an award-winning enterprise software company based in Singapore providing banks and fintech firms world-wide with a modern technology platform to enhance their digital banking services, with a prime focus on the generation of data-driven personalised recommendations and insights for consumers and businesses.

As a Customer Success Officer, you will help our enterprise clients maximise the value they generate from the Moneythor solution during and after the implementation. You will engage with both technical and business representatives of our clients to address their questions and solve their issues. On an ongoing basis, you will work closely with our founders, business development and engineering teams.

We are a lean and nimble organisation, so you will have many opportunities to engage in a number of activities beyond the boundaries of your role, with an innovative software solution and an experienced international team in a casual work environment.

  • Provide first level assistance to our digital banking clients by answering their technical & functional questions and helping them get the most out of the Moneythor solution.
  • Use a case tracking system to manage information, questions and answers for every client-driven request.
  • Identify potential product enhancements and sales opportunities arising from your engagement with clients and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.
Job Requirement
  • Prior experience in the role, or as a customer-facing technical analyst or as a quality assurance (QA) engineer in a software firm.
  • no experience required with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, a strong interest in interacting with others and demonstrable software programming skills are welcome to apply.
  • Hands-on technical experience with at least JavaScript, HTML, Web and database technologies.
  • Ability to understand application logic and analyse data sets such as log files and database tables, and apply critical thinking to extract meaning and root cause for issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with little or no management oversight or supervision.
