Job Description
• Oversees daily business operations
• Daily risk management of investments
• Undergo due diligence and evaluate investment opportunities of clients’ investments such as competitive and regulatory landscape as well as best practices
• Monitor and enhance the performance of clients’ investments
• Ensure that clients understand the risks involved in investments
• Interpret performance of clients’ investments
• Provide investment advice to clients
• Provide advice and decisions on areas for further due diligence and adhere to compliance through knowledge with MAS regulations and procedures
• Develop and present investment opportunities for consideration to our Investment Committee
• Participating in capital raising and handling divestment activities
Job Requirement
• Degree/post graduate diploma holder in the field: Finance, Economics, Real Estate from a reputable education institute
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in real estate funds, financial institutions/banks, real estate companies or related investment firms
• Possess sharp analytical, research, problem-solving and communication skills
• Have strong knowledge with MAS regulations and procedures to make legal and sound decisions
• Must be driven, responsible, proactive, meticulous and detailed oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task, and work in tight deadlines
• Must be flexible often dealing with ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, service providers, regulators, auditors and senior management
