Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
Keep record of sales transactions and preparation of sales documentation.
Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Keep track of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Keep track of RMA requests and repairs.
Keep track of stock and inventory.
Assists Sales Managers with sales documentation (Delivery orders, etc.)
Job Requirement
ITE/Diploma in any field; 
no experience required from ITE/POLY are welcome.
Proven work experience as a sales support associate
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Computer literacy/ IT skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Teamwork and motivational skills
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
