Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Support general office admin functions including purchase of office supplies, preparing invoices and billing documents
Support HR Manager in recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
Administer and update staff’s database on a timely and accurate basis
Support staff expenses claim function
Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties by superiors from time to time
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above qualifications
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
Good working attitude & self-driven
Good communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both oral and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
