Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
• 5 days/week
• CPF contribution
• Location: Paya Lebar
• Mon-Thurs: 8.30AM - 6.30PM
• Fri: 8.30AM - 6PM

Job Scope:
• Doing administrative and clerical tasks
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and e-mails
• Preparing fortnightly payroll for Staff
• Preparing fortnightly invoicing to Customer
• Maintain a filing system for data on Staff and Customer
Job Requirement
• Minimum ''O' / N' Levels
• Responsible, proactive, hardworking, attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Suite
• Familiar with office management procedures
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relative experience preferred
