Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Records job scope:
· Creating records to ensure quick retrieval of information.
· Maintaining records to ensure up to date information.
· Auditing information that is created.
· Assigning enquires to relevant personnel.
· Maintaining templates.
· E-filing records that are opened.
· Creating physical files if required.
· Cleaning up records if necessary.
Job Requirement
Advatageous if you have the following skills:
Extracting, analysing, screening, regularising, cleaning data
Assessing and remedying data quality
Preparing analysis reports

Diploma/degree in statistics, mathematics or a related subject involving maths (eg, economics, data science, engineering, informatics)
Additional Skills (Advatageous to have):
SQL scripting
Excel/Power BI
Simple programming (eg, Python, Node.js)
