· Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment cycle including reference checks.
· Prepare and administer HR related letters (i.e. employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, employment certificate etc).
· Administer work pass (WP, SPass, EP, Dep Pass, LOC) application, renewal and cancellation.
· Maintain employees’ personal information in P-file.
· Responsible for statutory submission - CPF, IR8A & IR21.
· Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
· Any additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
· Attend to employees’ queries on various HR related matters
