Building Management;
Managing the maintenance contract in accordance to the contract agreement;
Job Requirement
Good leadership;
Able to communicate with all levels;
Able to perform with minimum supervision;
Able to work emergency attendance 24/7 to M&E System failure and rectification and normalization;
Essential PC knowledge and Microsoft Office skills;
FSM / GMM / GMFM / GMP / SCEM certificates, knowledge of BCM (Business Continuity Management) and knowledge of ISO matters (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS) will have an added advantage.
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
