Accounting System Implementation Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position reports to the Finance Manager, is responsible for the smooth running in daily operations and is the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries

Ensure smooth transition of accounting records into new accounting software
Issue invoices, credit & debit notes
Verify supplier invoices and issue payments
Perform data entry into accounting system
Collect and follow up with outstanding debts
Processing account receivables & payables
Prepare monthly statement of accounts/reminders
Bookkeeping including full set of financial accounts
Maintain proper accounting records and documentations for audit

Technical Skills and Competencies

· Gain experience in implementing cloud accounting software systems

· Ability to reconcile transactions by processing account receivables & payables

· Gain experience in full accounting processes

· Gain knowledge by understanding and applying Companies Act

 
Education Qualification Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

 
Duration of Traineeship

- 5 months

 
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships

· Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and

a) Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions);

b) Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.

 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

· Lunch will be provided everyday

· Transport pickup to and from Choa Chu Kang MRT

· 5 days work week: 8.30am to 5.30pm
