Catering Operation Assistant

ssisting Kitchen & Operation Team to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentations, and timing to optimize guest experiences.

· Sets up and breaks down chairs, tables, and buffet line.

· Sets up front line with the equipment, plate-ware, and small-wares needed to effectively serve all food products.

· Loads and unloads plates, silverware, and other service equipment.

· Keeps serving station restocked and clean throughout the event.

· Accomplish all jobs duties assigned while adhering to safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift.

· Report any unsafe condition, unsafe act, accidents and or injuries to the manager on duty.

· Correctly complete closing duties at the end of the event such as, clearing, arranging, sweeping & mopping if needed.

· Assisting on completing all daily orders and requirement.

· Food Preparation and handling food vary from meat, vegetables, rice & pre-cooked meals.

· Able to stand for long period of time while working as food assembly line.

· Assemble food containers, place product into packaging and seal.

· Pack and stack product correctly to ensure safe and efficient truck loading.

· Physical fit and able to carry up to 5kg of weight load.

· Examine and inspect containers, materials, cleanliness, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.

· Follow all company guidelines regarding packing.

· Identify and disposing of defective product.
Maintaining a clean environment / work area.

·        Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School in any field.

·        Singaporean Citizen or any EP holder

·        Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin.

·        At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.

·        Ability to work flexible hour, weekend when deemed necessary.

·        Must be meticulous and detailed with good support & follow up skills. 

·        PC literate
