Communications Strategy:Develop and implement a strategic communications plan across all internal and external stakeholders, formulating, directing and evaluating long term plans, goals and objectives for internal and external communications
Lead corporate communication content strategy.
Create and manage content and news stories for external and internal platforms
Develop and oversee strategic partnerships
Manage all external media relations including global media and group partnerships
Develop the communications promise between DCI and the Heads of College
Work with the College Heads of Communications to plan, deliver and measure communications programs for their schools in line with the Group strategic objectives
Brand Image Protection:Serve as a spokesperson for DCI, effectively articulating and representing the Group’s mission and values
Act as the brand voice and content custodian for the Group
Manage the brand image/language and communication style guide
Oversee brand protection and public relations strategy
Lead crisis management including the ongoing review of crisis communication strategy
Provide engaging and competitively differentiating communications experiences, supporting school enrolment and strong advocacy within the College’s immediate and wider communities.
Internal Communications:Develop the parent’s communications strategy, set parent communications protocols and guidelines for colleges to execute.
Oversee all aspects of Group and College communications to implement a plan which connects students, parents and staff and nurtures a shared sense of a Dulwich community network and belonging
Maintain quality and freshness of the Group’s web presence through regular content updates/modifications/additions to website and social media outlets; monitor sites for timeliness, accuracy, and navigation effectiveness
