Head Of Fx Trading

Our client is an international brokerage firm. They are seeking a Head of FX Trading to lead / part of the Global Market team. The position will be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Manage trading book under given risk limits
Provide competitive prices and manage order book for both external/internal clients for below products; G10, G3. G20
Strong currency experience
Manage positions under sound and effective risk management including for achieving individual business objectives
Act with responsibility, accountability and autonomy by utilizing sound judgment to make risk-mitigating decisions.

To succeed in this role; you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

Min 15 years’ relevant working experience in trading
In depth knowledge and expertise in FX trading and market making for both G10 and EM
Consistent record of profitability
Ability to build a market profile and revenue base through trading in various currencies
Ability to demonstrate support and a close working relationship with sales desk for mutual benefit
Analytical skills to appropriately manage trading book’s risks efficiently to optimize revenue
Good price maker and strong risk manager
Good network with both onshore and offshore market participants
Good network with key clients
