Full spectrum of the shop operations
To ensure excellent customer satisfaction and enhance guest experience at the shop
Responsible for staff training, recruitment. discipline, hygiene, presentation, overall job performance
Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
Manpower planning including duty roster
Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
Overall supervision of the shop service team and close coordination with the kitchen team
Assist with weekly ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate all aspects of deliveries and maintenance of records
To be responsible for the stock storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat and clean at all times
To assist with maintaining high standards of quality control, cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety
Ensure the team are always well groomed, smart uniform and have all the tools ready for work
