Based in Singapore, Marvable designs, develops and manufactures height-adjustable sit/stand desk solutions, chairs and accessories that revolutionize the way people work and interact daily. Marvable currently has 3 brands found in homes and offices including Ergoedge, ErgoTune, ErgoBloom with more in the works. The variability of our furniture can meet the needs of all users while being customisable. Our furniture can be found in well-known companies including Mediacorp, National University of Singapore, DHL, Total Health Chiropractic Singapore and the Lion City Chiropractic.

Job Background
In the Product Development team, the most vital role is coordination. It is through administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Without a tenacious individual bridging the gap – communicating with those involved in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page, the project would not be able to be carried out smoothly.

The Role
Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects
To assist in communicating information in the product development process, from start to the end with all relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Track project progress
Manage the relationship with suppliers and relevant stakeholders
Monitor project plans to develop, monitor, and control progress to deliver within the defined time frame
Prepare progress reports as defined by internal requirements, customers and management, giving up-to-date status of all aspects of the project
Job Requirement
What we are seeking:
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Comfortable with communicating with factories and suppliers in China.
Experience in managing projects, overseeing product development, research and development, QA & QC (preferably in the furniture industry)
Mental adaptability to experiment with different creative techniques, tools and mockup and prototype ideas quickly
Proficiency in )digital project collaboration tools (eg. Asana, Clickup or Trello, etc.)
