Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Provide daily operation and administration for car rental company aka car workshop.

Job responsibilities :
• Attend to walk-in customer’s for general enquiries
• Advertising on social medial to attract customer’s
• Prepare rental agreement & invoice
• Following up and update customer’s payment , car inspection due and etc
• Simple data entry
• any other ad hoc duties assigned

Working hours :
Mondays to Fridays 930am to 6pm
Saturdays : 10am to 1pm
Job Requirement
• Required to possess a Class 3 driving license 
•Positive working attitude 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Basic Vehicle knowledge 
• Knowledge in MS office (word / excel)
