We are searching for an energetic and motivated Account Coordinator who has the ability to support our PR team with our portfolio of clients in the lifestyle space. Our ideal candidate is an exceptional individual who has a discerning eye for detail and likes to be resourceful while interacting in a diverse and dynamic team. This role is great for fresh grads looking for their first step into the PR industry.

Handle media monitoring and reporting
Help with development and management of a streamlined media center
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
Assist with media relations, including pitching, researching and scheduling interviews
Assist in the creation of PR materials, including press releases, bios, etc.
Assist with event planning and execution

Job Requirement
Preferably has internship experience in Communications/PR or related field
Is a happy, positive person with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Is accountable and adopts a ‘business-owner’ work mentality
Is detail-oriented and precise
Can be flexible and has an ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Is comfortable with time management, especially in a work from home environment
Has a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team
Is passionate about the types of clients we work with in the lifestyle space

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Hard-working with a “can-do” attitude
Excellent written communication skills
Creative thinker and problem solver
Confident and savvy with technology
Limitless energy and enthusiasm
Organized with excellent time management skills
