Key accountabilities:
Prepares and maintains the preventive maintenance program on engineering services such as M&E, ACMV and Plumbing & Sanitary.
Ensure the schedules are promptly met and report to management in major equipment faults that affecting operations.
Managing the operations of technicians and monitor their performance in ensuring both PPM and corrective actions are done effectively accordingly to plan.
Supervise and co-ordinate directly with all vendors and contractors who are engaged in the renovation, repair and maintenance, additions and alterations works.
Make contacts with vendors and sub-contractors at the worksites.
