Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
Develop and produce 2D/3D design drawings models using AutoCAD / BIM / Revit software
Monitor modelling / update drawings / inform Project Manager on any changes
Check and verify design drawings to conform with specifications and design data
Assist on documentation during conceptual and detailed design development stage

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Architectural / Structural or M&E Designing or equivalent
At least 2 years drafting experience in residential projects
Proficient in Building Information Model (BIM)
Able to produce 3-D design and details drawings independently
Well versed in Revit (3D) program
