We are looking for an exceptional team player with excellent coordination skills who is able to expand the core business of our manufacturing company.
You will be at the intersection of business development, marketing and sales, and you will be expected to work independently to develop and grow a new engine lubricant brand in the APAC region.

Candidate(s) will have first hand experience in business development, sales & marketing for the development of a new engine lubricant brand in the APAC region.

Job Description
Business Development & Sales Support
Generate new business leads and sales opportunities through emails, cold-calling, networking etc
Identify, develop, and execute strategies and initiatives for business growth and to increase market share in the petrochemical manufacturing industry
Prepare presentations, proposals and tender quotations for customers, and follow up on leads to secure potential sales opportunities
Provide high level customer service and proactively develop and maintain strong customer relations with existing and new clients
Work closely with supply chain / operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and provide customers with after sales service
Analyse and conduct market research, analysis and interviews on industry for market insights, and evaluate areas of opportunities & improvements
Update & maintain corporate websites and other online platforms
Create marketing collaterals, product catalogues, presentations and other marketing material required for sales activations
Oversee & develop relevant marketing campaigns to boost sales & market share
Develop a brand strategy to elevate brand image
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and work closely with different teams to ensure brand consistency & brand message
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team leader

Medical Coverage
Daily Lunch will be provided
Regular working hours: Monday - Friday (8am to 6pm)
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Business or other related fields
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales & business development experience in the petrochemical industry
Fresh graduates with positive attitudes are welcome to apply
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated team player who is able to work proactively and independently on tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
Knowledge in website (Wordpress/Wix) and/or designing software(s) will be an advantage
