You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering bespoke human resources solutions that enable organisations and individuals to attain limitless success.

The Role:
Assist senior consultants in various tasks including:
Sourcing for potential candidates in internal and external databases (RegionUp, LinkedIn)
Screening CVs based on clients’ job descriptions and desired profiles
Scheduling interviews between clients and candidates
Conducting phone calls and reference checks
Administrative tasks such as preparing presentations and candidates’ profiles to be sent to clients
Conduct detailed research into market segments/emerging markets. This will involve:Conducting cold-calls to obtain names of candidates and map the structures of prospective client organisations
Exploring the needs of prospective clients
Managing and updating our proprietary database
Drafting job advertisements for approval and posting them on various platforms
Job Requirement
We are looking for people with: 
1-3 years’ experience in a client-facing/sales-related position
A winning mindset – able to take the initiative to add value in a dynamic team-based environment
The ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organisation by establishing trust and credibility
