· Assist the Head of Operations and Technical Manager in all daily tasks and issues within the Operations Department.
· Coordinate with Site Supervisors to perform on-site commissioning of construction equipment, preventive and routine maintenance, attend and troubleshoot breakdowns, carry out repairs and rectifications as well as resolve user complaints as soon as possible.
· Prepare and submit service reports with pictures and maintenance checklists to customers and Head of Operations.
· Carry out refurbishment, repair, overhaul and testing of construction equipment in the workshop and submit overhaul report to Store Supervisor as well as manage inventory level of spare parts.
· Conduct user trainings and safety briefings.
· Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis as well as prepare incident reports with pictures.
· Perform asset and inventory reconciliation and generate monthly reports for Management.
· Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
· Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
· Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
· Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.
