Due to business expansion, our company is seeking for a dynamic Operations Officer to join our team.
Job Requirement
Responsibilities:
- Attend to outlet operational needs, make necessary arrangement and follow up
- Work closely with procurement to ensure sufficient materials and stock for operations includes conducting stock taking at outlets
- Perform periodical check on outlet conditions and ensure general maintenance work are managed according operation flow and standards
- Office and outlets asset management and inventory tracking
- Monitor and manage repairing/servicing work by external vendors
- Ensure office pantry items are adequate and well taken care of
- Ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Nitec/Higher NITEC/Diploma with minimum 0-2 years of working experiences
- Entry level with good learning attitude are welcome to apply
- Good team player & interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in spoken English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and request from Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the sufficient materials, stock and other operations matter.)
- Highly mobile and able to travel around Singapore for work
- Possess a positive work attitude in completing task up to required standard
