Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Telemarketing - Call new customers to schedule appointments
- Follow up on appointments made to ensure healthy turn-up rate
- Front desk including administrative, receptionist and cashering duties
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

 
Job Requirement
Requirements:

- You should possess a GCE O level, NITEC and above with minimum 0-2 years of relevant experiences in Sales/Telemarketing or Customer Service
- Bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin (as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers  to schedule appoinments)
- Outgoing personality, self-driven and customer oriented
- Entry level or candidates with no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply!

Working Hours: Retail hours including weekends/public holiday 

Location: Based at retail outlet located in Singapore islandwide
