Job Description

- Lead the development of crypto related products - Managing tech team and coordinating with product teams and business teams for on-time delivery - Underlying infrastructure/architectural upgrades - Performance tuning, online incidents trouble shooting, and system refactoring - Daily management work, including making the project plan, guiding junior engineers' daily work and knowledge sharing
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience - Proficient in Core Java and Spring framework - Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL db - Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middle ware and the underlying design principles - Good cross team communication skills
