Group Director

- Responsible and accountable for setting the strategic directions, developing and implementing swabbing operations for key segments of the National Testing Strategy In Singapore - Overall responsible for building the capability of the swab operations such as operational effectiveness, clinical governance, staffing, financial controls of the Swab Operations - Responsible to identify a suitable successor for the incumbent role and groom the leadership team to take over the swab organisation with a short period of time - Oversee swab operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy. - Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders in the community e.g. customers, community leaders - Lead the coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement via inter-agencies and other ministries - Oversee clinical governance to ensure the QA and delivery of swab operations that are safe, effective and high quality. - Oversee the corporate and service delivery functions such as finance, logistics and manpower to ensure robust processes and corporate governance in executing the overall strategy. - Identify suitable successor, groom and build the long-term capability building of the new leadership team. - Optimising/strengthening backend operational systems and processes and ensuring good corporate governance.

- Proven track record of establishing and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships at various levels. - Proven track record of effective planning, control and monitoring of budgets, manpower, corporate and clinical governance. - Willing to take on this 1 year contract role and contribute to public service in Singapore
