Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are Welcome to apply this Full time position
- Preparation of the customer invoices via Netsuite system.
- Posting of vendor’s invoices into the system.
- Preparation of payment vouchers and checking of the supporting documents such as Vendor
- Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Purchase Order.
- Assist Store / SCM in checking that all the details of the Store Requisitions (SR) Notes have been keyed in properly in Netsuite system.
- Assist in month end physical count of the items located in store and Chrome area.
- Prepare the reconciliation of physical inventory count and system records.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor / Asst. Manager and Management.

Salary : SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,100
Job Requirement
- Proficient in SAP, MS Excel such as V-lookup and Pivot table
- Minimumly 1-2 years of relevant experience in both AP & Purchasing
- Possess relevant Diploma or Degree will be of advantage
- Able to complete the given task within a tight schedule
- Able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
