Manager Sustainability

Promote sustainability and communication strategies to various stakeholders internally and externally Manage and execute sustainability initiatives, programs and reports Develop and implement sustainability strategies, framework and initiatives to support company's vision, targets and reporting requirements Draft key corporate policy on a Sustainability framework Promote and coordinate the engagement sessions with the key stakeholders to support the sustainability programs and process, and to acquire feedback for continuous improvement Plan and develop ongoing communications and education sessions to promote sustainability culture. Develop a sustainability report, manage and promote reporting sustainability performance to the stakeholders Periodically review and analyse Sustainable Performance for management review and information Plan and develop communication strategies to publicise the company's effort and awareness on sustainability initiatives. Analyse, identify trends and communicate finds complete with the proposed revision to policies, procedures and guidelines Design and develop sustainability-related centralise database framework to measure and monitor sustainability performance Track, interpret and analyse emerging legislation that will affect the Group and draw up a transition plan to meet upcoming requirements Plan, implement and review Corporate Sustainability programs/initiatives across the Group

Degree in environmental studies, engineering, science, business or finance discipline or related field Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Sustainability work preferably in the Logistics / Shipping Industry Substantial project and communication skills Knowledgeable in international developments on Sustainability topics
