Finance Executive

Support Regional Finance Manager, onsite FM leads & functional teams in the handling of business, operational, financial decision making; Ensure timely submission of annual budgets / quarterly forecasts for the portfolio; Manage expenditure for both OPEX and CAPEX;Complete month end closing and reporting with high quality; Assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis. Be responsible for finance management for both JLL and client books.

Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis as per the requirement from JLL and client; Annual budget & quarterly forecasts; Ensure adherence with Policies & Procedures & provide support during Audit Ensure data accuracy and integrity of the systems across the region, perform data audit regularly; Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
