Admission Manager

Develop, manage and implement operational plans and strategy for the yearly admissions exercise Organize and manage the work of the admissions team to ensure efficient decision-making according to the timeline for admissions and enrollment Compile, process and analyze admissions data for regular and up-to-date reporting to the Admissions Committee Collaborate with the outreach team and NBS college communications team to ensure that the marketing and branding programmes remain attractive and relevant in the recruitment and admission of high caliber students Engage with school counselors, teachers and principals to promote NBS programmes Participate in outreach events in pre-university institutions Plan, coordinate and update website content Conduct content audits to remove duplication/redundancies and improve user experience Work with IT team to improve user experience, monitor subscriber base and web traffic metrics Collect and analyze data sets to facilitate effective monitoring of, and insight into, the overall operational effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Design comprehensive data reports and tools to assist and facilitate the decision-making process of senior management Interact with stakeholders to have good knowledge of processes to aid data interpretation and statistical analysis

Degree in Business Analytics or related qualifications from an established university, preferred but not a must Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the education sector Two to three years' experience in data management, reporting and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) Knowledge of Excel, R or Python and SQL, familiarity with business intelligence/data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience in digital marketing communications will be advantageous Preferably with relevant operations/project management experience Knowledge of best practices in student admissions/recruitment and programme management Data management and analysis, with the ability to make appropriate decisions/ recommendations
