Job Description
Clearly articulate the business value to the agile team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release. Build innovative, high-quality product roadmaps based on company goals, team goals and technology goals to grow customers, overall spend, and improve customer experience Manage and drive product development of the mobile application(s) with a team of developers, designers, researchers, product specialists and business analysts Prioritise and drive aspects of your product area from ideation to execution, testing to user adoption Perform extensive data analysis to gain insights and identify enhancement/optimization opportunities Define appropriate consumer and business metrics and create reports to track consumer behaviour Partner closely with UX Research to integrate usability studies, user research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction Establish shared vision across the company by partnering with key internal business stakeholders Evaluate risk and provide advice and guidance to our business partners
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, economics or a related discipline Minimum 4 years of product management experience in a fast-moving, agile environment working directly with engineers, designers and stakeholders, ideally in an e-Commerce, start-up or technology company Hands-on experience with managing a cross-functional team for product delivery Proven track record of using user research, analytics and A/B testing methods to inform product development decisions and measure results of consumer behaviour Experience building products that utilises consumer profiling features
