Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative and clerical support including invoicing, emailing, mailing, scanning and faxing of documents. - Provide sales support in terms of generating needed reports and proposals. - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. - Maintain office supplies for the company.
Job Requirement
- Diploma and above. - 3+ years experience in supply chain management. - Strong communication skills including fluency in English and Mandarin. - Proficiency in Autocount and MS Office applications including Word and Excel is a must. - Detail oriented and strong time management skills - A good team player with a positive, proactive attitude towards asuming responsibilities. Salary Package: - Competitive basic salary S$1,800 – S$2,200. - 13th month bonus. - Five day week. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). - Location: Pioneer Point (near Pioneer MRT).
