Job Description
Manage construction activities and progress independently
Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
Supervise structural\/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives.
Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on site work
Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
Ensure the quality of work
Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
Attend project meetings
Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager\u2019s capability
Job Requirement
Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 5-10 years of working experience in building projects
Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
