Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are Welcome to apply this Full time position
Handle partial accounts
Accounts Payable (Includes checking of suppliers’ invoices, issuing cheques and necessary updates)
Accounts Receivable (Includes consolidation of Quotations, Customers’ PO & Job Acknowledgement; issue & despatch Invoices)
Handle staff claims and update petty cash
Data entry in accounting software
Assist in the updating of daily job schedule & staff movement

Assist in the updating of leave / OT / Timesheets

Assist HR Executive in HR functions

Support frontline reception duties such as answering phone calls and receive visitors

Job Requirement
Any other administrative duties as assigned
