Salary : Upto $2400 + $50 (Mobile allowance) Work Location: East Staggered Hours & 44hrs work week) 8am-10pm ( Mon- Fri) & 8am -1pm (Saturday) Our client is a leading IT service and Solutions provider in Singapore. They are currently looking for Desktop Engineers to join their end client ( Education Institution) Responsibilities: Provide on-site support to end users on IT and simple network problems (e.g. Email, Software Virus, Laptop, PCs, Printers, Scanners and Network Connectivity issues). Update the incident ticketing system and coordinate with the helpdesk team or other support group to close the incident. To assist in other IT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance, relocation), as when required.
Job Requirement
Min a Diploma in IT or Equivalent Min 1 year Experience in IT support is required Must have technical knowledge in Windows 7, Windows 8 & 8.1, Windows 10, Apple Mac OS Experience in Blackberry Support will be an added advantage.
