Cost estimating and cost planning. Preparation of monthly progress claim. Site verifications of contract and taking records for submission of claims. Prepare and submit quotations. Preparations of contracts. Job involves project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts. Post Contract administration including management of interim \/ progress payment, cost and financial control including variation assessment and finalisation of account. Managing pre and post contract administration including contract management and cost monitoring. You will assist Project Manager in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects. Procurement management and preparation of tender documents (including measurements and Bills of Quantities) Tender management including evaluation of tender submission Preparation of tender submission and pre tender pricing verification Managing pre and post contract administration including contract management and cost monitoring. Need to liase with Main contractor, sub-contractor, suppliers and any other parties involved in the project scope. Carry out frequent studies and reference on other project cases to solve any other problem occurs in the field of work.
