Foster and manage business relationships and have a customer centric approach.
Provide regional oversight for SLA's, incident & problem management as related to service delivery of the regional and global service portfolio
Oversight for service delivery / service management in region for service improvements & CSI
Provide project execution in region for CSI process integration / launches / changes throughout implementation.
Identify the regional business & operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives for change recon services
Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
Lead the regional effort for clients and stakeholders to insure product training, and communication of new products / product changes and their associated customer, operational, system, & process impacts to the various internal organizations.
Develop awareness & expertise of relevant subject matter related to legacy regional service portfolio.
Monitor service delivery from 3rd party managed services and internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch / changes.
Assist in the assessment, review & processing of audit and MCA related request in a timely manner. Ability to create documents as per Citi Standard.
Participate in audit meetings for various walkthroughs of processes. Work
with global team and 3rd party partners to meet and maintain service levels as assigned by management.
Document procedure manuals to outline process to be adhered by the TICM team.
