Data Analyst Group Audit

Senior Associate, Data Analyst, Group Audit Business Function Group Audit helps the Board and Executive Management meet the strategic and operational objectives of the DBS Group. We conduct independent checks to ensure that the Group's risk and control processes are adequate and effective. All our team members are highly sought-after professionals who work as trusted advisors to our clients, in all matters related to a company's internal controls. ----------Responsibilities--------------- - Work with stakeholders to identify & understand the requirements - Plan and participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders for eliciting requirements - Translate user requirements into user stories and explain to technology teams for delivery - Analyze requirements to drive the creation of test cases - Works closely with Project Manager/Product Owner on project schedule, issues and escalation - Prepare UI designs for applications under care - Align with other application teams on system interfaces design and API needs - Work with business users to plan for UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT

- Minimum 4 years' experience as business analyst - Experience in banking and good understanding of risk & control - Proficient in writing user stories/requirement specifications - Experience in UI design and wireframing tools will be a plus - Experience in Agile delivery is preferred - Experience in collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira/Confluence - Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Keen to explore new technologies
