Credit Risk Management: Oversee implementation of credit policy Maintain information flow with Sales Managers regarding customer accounts Review credit notes and discount to customers Collection Management: Monitor monthly balances of customers and issue statement of accounts Ensure timely clarification of disputed receivables together with Sales Manager Tracking DSO and identify actions to improve it Maintain log book of dunning process Propose payment plans for customers in financial difficulties to be reviewed and approved by MD/CFO Tenders, Contracts and Project Management: Reviewing of Tenders & Contracts Assist Company in highlighting critical requirements
Job Requirement
Graduate degree will be preferred but is not a barrier for the right candidate. Min 5 years of experience in Credit Control and in handling of Contractual Terms and Conditions and Commercial Contract Law in Construction Industry Good communication skills especially in conducting chasers (via phone calls) to client Strong proficiency in MS Office applications Positive attitude and result orientated Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to details Knowledge in SAP will be an added Advantage Your benefits Attractive remuneration in Singapore Dollars Close proximity to a MRT station Self-reliable working and comprehensive project responsibility
