Job Description
GSK Fashion Style is looking for store managers to join us! You will responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will also work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence !
Salary:
$1700 - $2000 + Commission + Daily Lunch Allowance( $5 per working day)
Working Hours:
Tues - Saturday(9 hours per day) / Tues - Sunday(8 hours per day)
Job Requirement
Responsibilities
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store Oversee stock and store operations Cashiering using POS system
Qualifications
1 years' of store management experience(Highly preferred)/No experience may still apply Customer centric with a positive attitude Fluency in Mandarin will be a big advantage as many of our customers are chinese speaking.
