Guest Relations Associates

Responsible for meet and greet services (greet, receive and bid farewell to customers at reception)
- Anticipate customers' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency at all times
- Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
- Assist customers with service requirements, including Wi-Fi and shower facilities
- Ensure that all supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Ensure proper labelling, dating and refrigeration of food items
- Prepare and serve hot beverages
- Ensure drink recipes and procedures are clearly followed
- Ensure that the BAC is well-stocked to receive customers and careful management of inventory and par levels
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area
- Liaise with third party vendors/service providers
