Job Descriptions: • Should be able to work 24×7 and work in shift model • Preferred to work in PST or SGT on weekdays and be On-call during weekends for escalations) • Should have strong understanding of Distributed computing environment • Java/Python programming skills required • SQL expertise desired • Should have basic Linux Administration Skills including basic shell / python scripting • Should be able to collaborate effectively with the IT Teams (Infrastructure, Network, Database, application) as needed for troubleshooting environments • In-depth understanding of the below technologies • Bigdata Platform o Good understanding of MongoDB Architecture Required o Installation, configuration and upgrade all Hadoop ecosystem tools (HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Hive, Zookeeper, Amabri, etc.) o Performance tuning & Capacity Planning o Cluster maintenance, creation/removal of nodes, capacity planning, monitoring cluster connectivity, and security. o Working experience on HDP or Cloudera is preferred o Scripting Data Pipelines (Apache Hive / PIG)
