Your tasks >>Be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation (including finalization of the trial balance) of the >>Singapore and Labuan statutory and regulatory financial statements, and demonstrate understanding of the drivers of the results. >>Work with Tax to support the corporate tax, GST and SST reporting process by accurately preparing the data and reports necessary for corporate tax, GST and SST reporting >>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, across multiple functions (e.g. actuarial, tax, operations, external auditors, regulators etc.) and locations (e.g. Zurich, Bratislava, Bangalore etc.) >>Understand and support the documentation of Finance controls and processes, challenge 'as-is' positions, and identify areas where there are opportunities for improvement >>Be pro-active in providing Finance input into other operational systems and processes which have impact on financial reporting, challenging existing 'as-is' positions, and identifying areas where there are opportunities for improvement >>Be involved in local and regional transformation projects
