- Professional management of sales enquiries and follow-ups
- Identify and assess customer?s needs to guide them towards correct procedures and applications
- Process forms and applications to ensure that they are aligned with programme requirements
- Support sales events
- Any other adhoc sales support assigned by the department head

- You must speak English and Mandarin
- You have the ability to speak a dialect is preferred but not required
- Confident communicator with active listening skills
- Customer oriented with the ability to adapt to various client profiles
