Accounts Cum Admin Assistant

- Manage phone calls and mails
- Provide administrative support
- Preparation of costing reports and product pricing
- Preparation and maintenance of contracts and agreement
- Manage any accounting/administrative matter as assigned.
- Responsible for all the day to day transactional accounting for the business.
- Tracking of all transactions and the management of any government reporting.
- Preparing the financial statements with an external auditor engaged for assurance purposes.
- Preparation of financial statements for licensing, credit rating application and government grants
- Finance department credit and collections policies for the company’s customers, to ensure the organization is paid on time, and that there is a payment policy for the company’s suppliers.

- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy
- no experience required are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Quickbooks will be an added advantage
- Able to commence work with short notice or immediately
- Excellent communication, meticulous and positive working attitude
- Team player with high degree of initiative and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
